Commercial Water Damage San Antonio Busted Pipe
We received a call for emergency services from a property owner in San Antonio, their commercial building had a 1’ pipe burst flooding 2,500 sqft. Our SERVPRO team was dispatched and arrived immediately, we inspected the immediate source as well as all other rooms affected by the water damage. As you can see in the before photo heavy standing water is pooling throughout several rooms. Our WRT/ASD water damage restoration technicians Identified that a large majority to if not all areas had 1-3” of standing water, there were several floor drains that were clogged up with debris that was preventing them from helping drain and lessen the affected areas. We performed a controlled demolition, bagged and discarded the ruined materials, sanitized everything with an EPA registered disinfectant and dried out the affected areas with our advanced equipment The after picture shows that the affected areas have been dried down and the structure is ready for rebuild.
